Vegan Gluten Free Smoothie
If there is any smoothie I will swear by, it is this one!
I am a mother of 3. Before kids, I weighed 118lbs, after the birth of my first two, I gained weight and was up to 140lbs that would just not go away. After several years I finally made it back down to 120lbs...then got pregnant again, but this time I had discovered this smoothie. About 6 months into my pregnancy I began to drink this smoothie every morning, everyday. 2 Days after my labor, I was back down to 120 and had a flat stomach. I continued to drink this daily and remained thin, and healthy and SO much energy!
Here is all you need:
1 banana
1 ripe avocado
1TB coconut oil
1TB of honey or maple syrup
fill blender halfway with coconut or almond milk.
Blend. Drink. Enjoy.
This is really the easiest thing to make, it has very little ingredients, so you aren't breaking the bank to drink one every day. And it is packed full of nutrients! There is seriously no yummier way to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight balance and high energy levels!
