Make Your Own Cold Brew Coffee


I wont lie, I tried the water thing in the morning instead of coffee for a healthier lifestyle and less acidity in my diet, but there just isn't anything quite like that calming morning cup of coffee.

I was thrilled when I discovered cold brew coffee!

The benefits:
Cold brew coffee has 67% less acidity in it than hot brew coffee! That means it is healthier for your body and your third eye!

The taste is smoother as well and gives a cleaner energetic rush!

How to make cold brew coffee:
Play around with measurements. How do you like your coffee?

Anywhere from 1 part coffee to 3 part water all the way up to 1 parts coffee and 8 parts water is a safe span to play in. I like strong coffee and I make mine with 1 part coffee and 4 parts water and it is PLENTY strong enough!
  • Add 1 part coffee grounds to a container
  • Add 3-8 parts filtered water to the coffee grounds.
  • Stir, place on counter or in fridge overnight.
  • Strain and drink!


I strain JUST the portion that I am drinking that morning and let the mixture continue to sit each day.

Add your favorite creamer, I choose Silk Almond Milk Creamer, Vanilla
Add your favorite flavoring, I love a small splash of Monin Lavender Flavoring
