Riviera Maya, Mexico Authentic Retreat April 22nd - 29th 2017

MEXICO IS CALLING

Come discover the clear Caribbean waters and white sand beaches of Mexico and feel what it feels like to live in the little fishing village of Puerto Morelos. Yes, adventure awaits with the Great Mayan Reef, sacred entrances to secret underground rivers, and hidden ruins in the jungle. But more importantly, connection is calling you. Come connect. With yourself, with friends, with the sea, and the air, and the present...
On this journey you will make friends--with the locals, with the indigenous people, with long time expats, and with adventurers like yourself. You will share traditional Mayan and Mexican meals. And yes, you will ignite your adventurous side by exploring Mayan ruins hidden in the jungle, dive into authentic culture, practice your photography skills, submerge yourself in crystal clear lagoons, climb the second tallest Mayan pyramid in the Americas, soak in a sacred cenote, and bargain with the locals for hand-made pottery, baskets, Mexican silver and jade, and woven treasures that artisans have been creating for centuries.
Unlike your average vacation tour, our focus is on the authentic world...the connections with the people...and the magic that still dances through generations of stories and traditions. Step away from the hectic tourist spots  and adventure like a true local for a first-hand experience at life in the Riviera Maya, Mexico.
Because after all, it really isn't about seeing all the attractions. Its about beginning to understand a way of life you may have never encountered before. Its about letting go of your agenda and your pre-conceived ideas and really seeing what's in front of you. And by doing that, to connect with a beauty you might not have expected.

Where IS Puerto Morelos?

Just 20 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport and easily accessible down route 307, you will find the quaint fishing village of PUERTO MORELOS, locally known as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.
Its is considered the gateway to the RIVIERA MAYA, a stretch of white sand beaches, nature reserves, Mayan ruins, and cenotes that goes all the way down the coast to TULUM.
YES! Puerto Morelos is on the CARIBBEAN! The warm Caribbean Sea is always inviting and the Mesoamerican Reef, the second longest reef in the world, is just off shore. There you will find vibrant corals, sea turtles, rays, and brilliantly colored fish dancing just beneath the surface of some of the clearest water in the world.
